THOUGHT FOR THE DAY : A river. What comes to mind when you hear that word? For most of us it means a day of fun out in a boat or swimming or something fun of that nature. For some a river my be a horrible memory. Maybe the loss of a loved one due to drowning. Well my friends I have some good news today that I believe you will enjoy. The news is a river that saves lives instead of taking them. You can still have fun at this river. You can swim in holy waters and your lifeguard walks on the water. Boy let me tell you that right there is better than any life preserver. The river Im talking about is the river of BLOOD that Jesus Christ shed for you and I on that cross. It is the crimson flood that saves us from an eternity In Hell. So come on and join me a the river at the cross.
