THOUGHT FOR TODAY: So you are loaded, maybe overloaded, with things to do and you have the jitters that it all will not get done before you leave for the weekend. Go to your window and look out into the world and see how many good things you can find to be thankful for, and take a few DEEP breaths and hold each for a short time and release slowly. When you return, be thankful you have something to do, (everything is still there that you had to do before), and that you are physically and mentally fit. But YOU are different. You can approach your task now with more confidence and assurance. You control your work. It doesnt control you. Have a super good day.
