THOUGHTS ON SOLUTIONS... CONSIDER: At what point in the PSing process should “solutions” be considered??? A. Solutions should be under consideration when (or as soon as) there is an indication of a problem? B. Solutions should be under consideration when there are more than one (i.e. multiple) indications of a problem? C. Solutions should be under consideration when there are one or more indications (i.e. symptoms) of a problem, and “the” real problem has been properly defined? D. Solutions should be under consideration when there are one or more symptoms of a problem, the problem has been properly defined, and root cause analysis has been completed uncovering root cause(s) and or major contributing causes? ANSWER: ? Anyone??? :+)
