THREE ARRESTED FOR MANUFACTURING MARIJUANA Thursday, June 6 Officers were dispatched around 11:30 Tuesday evening to call about shots fired on Linersville Road. The complainant advised dispatch that a subject had come out yelling and cursing, and had fired two shots into the air before going back inside the residence. Sgt. Scott Ruby and Deputy Brad Woods arrived at the location at the same time. Woods went to the front door, while Ruby went to the back door. Once there, Ruby saw a black plastic pot about 2-3 ft. from the bottom of the back steps that contained a green leafy plant believed to be marijuana. All stated they did not have a gun or any ammunition inside, and that no shots had been fired. Ruby spoke with the complainant and another witness who both stated that a short white male with dark clothing came out the back door and fired the shots. Neither could identify the shooter or give a description of the firearm. Both male subjects are about the same height and both had on dark clothing.
