THREE DAYS THAT CHANGED THE WORLD If you left your occupation, which is your source of livelihood, in pursuit of a vision for three and a half years, the last thing you would think about is the death of your leader. To the Disciples of Christ, his death, as at that time, was a total blackout. It implies, there were to return; each one to his occupation to start all over, after three and a half years. Do you see the reason Peter rebuked him when he foretold them of his death? Put yourself in their shoe; they left everything to follow something they never had full comprehension about only to lose their leader in a shameful manner. Who among them then, could have imagined how far, what they were part of, will go? Just no one! Christs death was the first day of three days that changed the world.
