THREE WEEKS WITHOUT TEXT AND VOICEMAIL!!!! Just finished posting on Verizons FB page. Does anyone know how to file a formal complaint? It seems the only option is to call customer service, and that has involved being on the phone and waiting for more than 50 minutes in 3 occasions already!! Dear Verizon Wireless, your customer support system is EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!!! This coming Monday it will be three weeks since my husbands cellphone fell into wireless limbo. I understand programs may have glitches, yet one week ago, on Thursday I finally got to talk with IT and we got an IT ticket. We were told the issue would be resolved within 72 hs. and someone would contact us. The issues remain the same, and one week later, we have not heard back from IT. Right now I AM NOT CHOOSING YOU AS MY CARRIER, I SIMPLY DO NOT HAVE TIME TO GO THROUGH A COMPANY SWITCH. This does not simply get taken care of with a reimbursement for the days we had no service. Do something to keep your clients happy!! I look forward to hearing back from you (on my phone, that is, as my hubbys has no txt or voicemail). Thank you.
