THREE days until 2015‼️ Ive been reflecting on what I want my year in review to look like this time next year. My focus is on 3 things: making a bigger Impact (we can call that business), Relationships, and of course health/Fitness! Lets talk health / fitness! Many of us have dieted & lost weight for a wedding, vacation, reunion, etc only to quickly gain it all back plus more. Ever stop to ask yourself why this happens? Ive found out first hand why! Extreme measures to get results are at best temporary! Think liquid diets, pills, frozen diet food, protein bars, cut out all _____, hours of cardio, etc. Whenever you start a program, ask yourself.... Can I keep this up? Will I have more knowledge after going through the program? Will I be empowered in knowing how to maintain my results? I encourage you to ask us here at EmpowerHouse Fitness those exact questions!
