THURSDAY 6TH MARCH CONSIDER ON YOUR TOMORROW “Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright. For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected.” Hebrew 12: 16-17 Brethren, living with tomorrow in mind is very vital because whatever you do today affects your tomorrow either for good or bad. Esau handled present hunger at the expense of future blessings. Many are where they are today because of what they did or did not do (neglected) yesterday. Where many will be tomorrow will be determined by what they do today. In all you do, you should consider the long-term consequence and implication. You may enjoy yourself today, but what about tomorrow? You may get what you want now but what about later? There are some so-called open doors today that would permanently close all doors in future. Therefore be careful and give tomorrow the much needed attention it deserves, since the past is past, the present is passing and the future will soon pass. Carelessness today will usher in fruitlessness tomorrow. Too much relaxation in the present is the reason for so much tension and frustration in the future. WORD OF PRAYER:- Lord, help me to count the number of my days so that I will apply wisdom in all I do in Jesus’ name, Amen. QUOTE:- What does not have future value should not attract present focus.
