THURSDAY BLOG: My brother, Bobby Josiah Farmer, and myself are like many others, we love football. I have always enjoyed the touchdown celebrations the players go through. Even though the league limits these they manage to do something to celebrate each time. A victory dance if you will. I have a victory dance of sorts, besides shouting,Glory, which the OBC Choir and my Pastor are familiar with. I love banana splits, but I will not routinely eat them, they are reserved for a victory of some kind, like overcoming cancer with Gods blessing and help. We should all have a victory dance, after all, through Jesus Christ Our Lord we always have the victory. Often we get too busy to see the small victories and when the big victories occur we forget to celebrate them. We may say, Thank you, Jesus and go on with our business, but we need to learn to really celebrate major and minor victories.
