THURSDAY COMMUNION SERVICE 13th November 2014 YOUR HEART CONNECTION TO GOD THAT MAKES YOU UNSTOPPABLE God is asking for your heart. Until you fully give God your heart, whatever you labour in, is in vain. Your heart is a prime factor that needs to be connected to God. Your heart connection will determine your extent of unstoppable ability. If you are not fully connected to the power of God, you will not perform perfectly unstoppable. 1. 2 Chronicles 16:9 KJV [9] For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars. Your heart is so important to God and when connected to God, you become unstoppable. Every time you appear before Him on the mount Zion, it is the heart he looks at. Therefore guard your heart at all times. 2. The first church was all connected to Christ. 1 Samuel 16:7 KJV [7] But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart. God wants your full concentration at the service in the Kingdom, right from your heart because thats where He looks at. The angels look at your hands but God focuses on the heart. 3. Acts 2:22 KJV [22] Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know; and Acts 2:42 KJV [42] And they continued stedfastly in the apostles doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. Learn from the stability and continuous concentration on God that the first church had. This is what keeps you connected to God fully. 4. Dont ever allow anything to disconnect you from God, so that the power of God stops to flow from heavens to your direction. When you are all out for Him, God will hold your heart and you will be fully connected to Him. 5. Everytime the Israelites were attacked, the hand of God was out to rescue His people. They had a lot of attacks but God delivered from them all. This was due to the connections The Israelites had with their God. May you obtain that connection today in the Mighty Name of Jesus. Judges 3:7-8 KJV [7] And the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the Lord, and forget the Lord their God, and served Baalim and the groves. [8] Therefore the anger of the Lord was hot against Israel, and he sold them into the hand of Chushan–rishathaim king of Mesopotamia: and the children of Israel served Chushan–rishathaim eight years. If you are disconnected with the creator,Judges 10:6-7 KJV [6] And the children of Israel did evil again in the sight of the Lord, and served Baalim, and Ashtaroth, and the gods of Syria, and the gods of Zidon, and the gods of Moab, and the gods of the children of Ammon, and the gods of the Philistines, and forsook the Lord, and served not him. [7] And the anger of the Lord was hot against Israel, and he sold them into the hands of the Philistines, and into the hands of the children of Ammon. 6. Finally The Israelites found favour with God when they stopped their bad ways and connected with God who delivered them. Judges 11:21-23 KJV [21] And the Lord God of Israel delivered Sihon and all his people into the hand of Israel, and they smote them: so Israel possessed all the land of the Amorites, the inhabitants of that country. [22] And they possessed all the coasts of the Amorites, from Arnon even unto Jabbok, and from the wilderness even unto Jordan. [23] So now the Lord God of Israel hath dispossessed the Amorites from before his people Israel, and shouldest thou possess it? HOW DO YOU IDENTIFY SOMEONE WHO IS TOTALLY CONNECTED TO GOD 1. They will love the word of God, strive to study and act on the word. The stronger you are in the word, the more connected you become, you become unstoppable. You cant love Him and not love His Word. 2. They obey The Word of God, even when it is not convenient. For them, it is about obeying God. They please God rather than man. This is what King Saul missed out on and God said I have found a man to my own Heart meaning David, as it is David whose heart was fully connected to God. He had no double standards. He obeyed the word of God in full. Deuteronomy 26:16 KJV [16] This day the Lord thy God hath commanded thee to do these statutes and judgments: thou shalt therefore keep and do them with all thine heart, and with all thy soul. If you obey God you will see His hand in your life. 3. They are always seeking God. When they seek Him in earnest, they find Him and He abides by them. Jeremiah 29:13-14 KJV [13] And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart. [14] And I will be found of you, saith the Lord: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places whither I have driven you, saith the Lord; and I will bring you again into the place whence I caused you to be carried away captive. 4. They are always serving God, they are not discouraged. In every relationship the heart connection is important. If you are not in connection with God you can not serve Him fully. Deuteronomy 11:13 KJV [13] And it shall come to pass, if ye shall hearken diligently unto my commandments which I command you this day, to love the Lord your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul, Serve God with all your heart. You cant serve Him He will decorate your life. May you remain fixed on God. Psalm 57:7 KJV [7] My heart is fixed, O God, my heart is fixed: I will sing and give praise. God is giving you a new heart tonight in the Name of Jesus. Let your heart be fixed on God and you will be unstoppable, you will be a victor not a victim. As the deer pants for the water so shall you long for a full connection with God, wanting His word, obeying His law, serving in the Kingdom in Jesus Mighty Name. Lord give your children a new heart that is fully connected to You. Lord we give you all the glory. Blessing and partaking of the communion.
