THURSDAY MORNING WEATHER UPDATE The morning is starting out cool but a little warmer than earlier in the week. High pressure will control the weather pattern today keeping skies clear. Temperatures will climb to near 70 by mid-morning. Winds will come around to the south by noon. Temperatures will climb into the 80s. There will be a couple of things working to heat up the afternoon, high pressure aloft, at 18.000 ft and the south wind bringing in tropical moisture from the Gulf of Mexico. Temperatures will warm to summer-like levels this afternoon, near 90. The evening will be pleasant but not quite as cool because of the added moisture in the air. Ill be out at the Thursday Night Lights game tonight. Have a great Thursday.
