THURSDAYS DEVOTIONAL READING Not At Our Expense (4 of 5) Even the greatest gift that could ever be given us; salvation with the promise of eternal life in glory with the Father, was Not At Our Expense. Jesus paid the price with the sacrifice of leaving glorious Heaven to come to earth to be humiliated. He was despised, abused and tortured. He eventually died the horrific death of the cross- not for His own benefit, but for our benefit. Jesus paid it all and all to Him we owe. God demonstrates His great love, commitment and recognition of our value thru the provision of His gifts in our lives. Whether miraculous manifestations or through the hands of other people, Daddy God provides for us-just because He loves us.
