TIME SLEEPS IN THE ISLANDS. No the time never sleeps, time keeps moving and waits for noboy . My average time for doing effective and efficient hours of work in Western Samoa was 10-15 per week, while other times i can sleep i guess with warm n humid weather. In Fiji it was 15-20 hours a week, while other time you can have kava n catching up with all the fishing stories the big ones, the ones that got away and then were boats which were pulled by sharks. In NZ things are bit tricky, there are no kava,no high temperatures, however still I could go away with 25-35hrs a week . I have had overall an average of 25-28 hrs a week in the last 33 years. You see guys working 60-70 hrs nowadays but are they really working. Well those working out of offices this may be ok. How about those in the offices, doing 60-70 hrs. Well in these days of modern technology they may be looking behind the screens for some entertainments or planning the night out. On my other note I have travelled to Fiji or over 150 times in the last 20 years and every time,I did at least one hour of effective engineering calculations while sipping a glass of VB.So there we go I did 300 hrs of work total, while travelling,a hobby i like, and wen you combine that with your work, the working career is more interesting So guys note that time is moving and you have to move on or you will be left behind.
