TIME TO MAKE LAW PROHIBITING YOUTHS FROM ILLEGAL COLLECTION OF FEES IS NOW: The IMO STATE HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY should as a matter urgency pass a bill into law prohibiting youths in our various communities to stop collecting money under the aegis of DEVELOPMENT LEVY, MARCHING GROUND, BORE HOLE DRILLING LEVY, and all what not from private developers, contractors etc. The bill may be titled LAND USE (PROHIBITION) EXTORTION BILL/LAW. The collection of these levies have caused more harm than good, some of the youths in my community are in the police custody, while some have their cars beign impounded by the police.
