TIME for the next step.... ☺️✌️ currently: •2600-2800 cals daily •45 mins HIIT 4-5 days weekly •15 months from last show •5 years from near adrenal failure and severe panic attacks, depression, insomnia and currently 3 years without medication or symptoms Dec 1st.... its on, time to lean down!! and needless to say I couldnt be more excited bc Ive never started from a point where Ive been more healthy or started in this good of shape and I cant wait to see what Im capable of! In the mean time try adding these 4 exercises to your shoulder and booty HIIT training routine.... •heavy sumo leg press 10reps (not shown) •step-up to bent lateral raise 10reps each leg •band combo, 10 lat squat walks down, 10 kickbacks, 10 lat squat walks back, 10 kickbacks •plank leg raises to CORE failure BURNS!!!!!
