TIMES OF INDIA NEW DELHI/ GURGAON, SATURDAY, AUGUST 30, 2014. Front Page. Modi: Pak made a ’spectacle’ of bid to resolve issues. Engaging separatist Hurriyat leaders in a dialogue ahead of the now cancelled foreign secretary level talks. Modi said in a interaction with the Japanese media ahead of Japan visit, “Still desired peaceful, friendly, and cooperative relations with Pakistan. India has no hesitation to discuss any outstanding issue with Pakistan within the framework established under Simla Agreement and the Lahore declaration. We therefore, were disappointed that Pakistan sought to make a spectacle of these efforts” Did Narender Modi and his some of colleagues at any time talk about Peaceful negotiations/ efforts to discuss outstanding issues with Pakistan during their elections speeches ( Bhashanon) called Roar (DHAHAD), Challenge (Lalkaar0 and Hiss( Funkaar) by Media? No not a single time they mentioned it, rather they kept on harping and shouting on that if they come to power, they will teach a lesson to Pakistan, for one head, they will bring ten heads from Pakistan. They will send Modi’s detractors to Pakistan. The decision to cancel foreign secretary level talks was taken one sided by the Modi Government without discussing the matter with Pakistan which was declared by Media as a Modi Government’s bold action and thereafter negotiations on other issues also stopped automatically. Look what happened after the Demarche sent to Pakistan High Commissioner Abdul Basit by the Foreign Ministry not to meet separatist Hurriyat conference leaders. 1. Pakistan did not stop its high commissioner to meet separatist and Modi Government was unable to stop the arranged meeting in the country they are ruling. 2. Pakistan declared that Pakistan is not the slave of Modi Government and J&K is not India’s territory. 3. Pakistan increased their attack on boarder posts and many lives of Army, Paramilitary forces soldiers, and civilians have been lost and villages displaced. 4. What action has been taken by the Modi Government to stop Pakistan action on the Boarders accept giving statements at different times. 5. An unelected Defense Minister is busy in making statements that Rape cases like small incidents have created fear in minds of foreign people which has effected tourism industry of India there by loosing thousands corers of rupees revenue. However, he hardly said anything about Pakistan’s continuous unwarranted action on the boarders. 6. Presently it seems that the Modi Government is busy create its image with neighbors by donating thousands corers money and promoting FDI to help Big Cooperate, Business, Real state houses and Industrialists. Narender Modi and BJP were totally against FDI during UPA Government. Now as a PM has somersaulted and has become an ardent admirer of FDIs and privatizing in Defense Productions and Railways. 7. Nothing is very encouraging about the Airy Promises made of good life (achhe din) to Common and Poor people of the country until now. JAI SHRI KRISHNA.
