TIN IDs should be made, not like the current one which is only a piece of useless cardboard, but one that has a magnetic strip or microchip that contains HOW MUCH TAX you pay the government. Which then you use whenever you need to go to any GOVERNMENT establishments, swipe it on a terminal beside the guard (like a credit card) and then a system will decide whether to put you in front, in the middle or at the back of the waiting queue depending on your TAX BRACKET. Example scenario below: Goes to NBI or BIR, swipes the card at the entrance... *toot* moments later... Govt Employee: Mr. Tavas, please proceed to Counter 1 Random stranger: But I was here since 3 AM and you came here just 20 mins ago... Me: Thats because I pay this fat, old, decrepit mofos just waiting for their pension more than you do #randomthought
