TIP: Keep Track of your Clean Edits or Radio Edit tracks Some DJ Record pools, like Promo Only, places a tag referencing whether or not a song is suitable for playing on a radio station. If you are using Virtual DJ, this makes it possible to write a script to collect all of those tracks in a Filtered folder for easy access on the fly. Here’s the script. Just cut and paste: Genre starts with hip-hop & Title contains “clean If you would like to do this with other genre, just change the genre in the script. If you would rather keep track of “Radio Edit” instead of Tracks with “Clean” in the title, just swap the words. By this logic, you could create a filter that collects “Explicit” tracks or something that’s specific to your needs. Enjoy!
