TIPS: 1. Carbohydrates is our everything. Your focus should be on fresh fruits & vegetables and starches such as rice, pasta, corn, potato. 2. Boil, steam, roast, bake. Try to avoid fried food as much as possible. 3. Daily exercise is must. Preferably, 1 hour of cardio. Combination of cardio & strenth training is the best gift, you can present to your body. 4. If you do everything right, soon youll be having so much energy, that you wont be able to sleep. Keep your fat and protein under 10%, sodium 1500 mg or less, calorie intake 2000+ kcal. If you do strenth training and wish to bulk up, increase protein and fat intake to 15%. 5. Most of fails happen when youre hungry. Keep yourself full. Ideally, thrice a day with giant portions of healthy food. 6. Best breakfast option is citrus fruits as appetizer and plain oatmeal as the main course. Citrus fruits will help to detox and oatmeal will keep your hunger away.
