TJAC Maha Jana Chaitanya Yatra’ from Today Hyderabad: ‘Jana Chaitanya Yatra’, the Telangana JAC’s next course of action for separate statehood cause is set to commence from Vikarabad in Ranga Reddy district on Today. A ‘Maha Dharna’ would be organized in the State capital on July 25 to mark the culmination of first phase of yatra. Although TJAC initially planned to cover ten districts at once, it would now be held in two phases. JAC resolved to hold dharna in July last week in anticipation of Congress Working Committee meet in New Delhi around the same time and hence changes were effected in yatra schedule, sources informed. The programmes committee of TJAC met here on Tuesday to finalize the dates for the yatra. The first phase would cover six districts namely Ranga Reddy, Nizamabad, Medak, Nalgonda, Mahabubnagar and Hyderabad. The yatra kicks off on July 19 and would pass through Nizamabad (July 20), Medak and Sangareddy (July 21), Bhongir, Aler (July 22), Mahabubnagr (July 23) and Ibrahimpatnam (July 24). Apart from dhoom dham programmes, meetings in colleges especially to interact with students would be held as part of the yatra.
