TL;DR: - A philippino radiology nurse posting extremely racist/ nationalist remarks on facebook - TTSH investigated and has replied the mentioned persons account was hacked. This is quite interesting. My thoughts on the matter (And questions) 1. Is it possible to determine if an account has been hacked? (Facebook alerts me whenever I am logging in with an alternate device) 2. Can Facebook be subpeonaed under local laws to testify the authenticity of the situation? 3. Is the person really a racist? 4. It seems really really stupid to post such comments publicly. 5. So far, I think my philippino colleagues have been very mild and funny, havent met any psychotic ones. (though I wont rule out the laws of probability haha) 6. Are Singaporeans too quick to jump to conclusions without a legal due process (granted the local law will assume you are guilty till proven innocent. Perhaps that has tainted the locals with a similar concept) 7. Is it time to change our legal system to assume people are innocent till proven guilty and reverse this dangerous mindset 8. How will the government respond, if at all? A lot of questions. Weili Yu, I think you may like to weigh in :D I am quite curious to know what you think of the matter
