TLDR - I met Courtney Love!!! Every now and the you have one of those magical moments when the world stops turning, the planets align and everything just comes together. Last nights concert was AMAZING. Courtney Loves voice is as raw and elegant and beautiful as I could ever have dreamed it would be. She sang all the favourites and some great new stuff. She loved the crowd & played to us, with us. And BOY did we love her back. I went alone and ended up standing with a couple of cute girls with leather jackets, Courtney-blonde silver hair & of course, tiaras. Courtney saw us and said we looked pretty... and then INVITED US BACK STAGE after the concert. So after negotiating security, I went up to the Green Room. I shook her hand, she asked my name, she sprayed us with her perfume & gave us a healthy after concert smoothie. She was so sweet & lovely! I cant believe it happened still! I gushed and told her how gorgeous she is, how wonderful her music is & how glad I am that she came all the way to Tasmania. I meant every word.
