TLR News: Today my opinion is I honestly try to help others as much as possible and I recall years ago I was unemployed and I gave my last 5 dollars to a young girl about 10 or 11 years old that looked like she had not washed in days and her clothes were nasty to say the least. I had just started a new job and was workiong in a run down trailer park area and she was walking around by herself crying and bare footed; I really couldnt just leave and didnt really know how to help her without people thinking the wrong things about a stranger helping a young girl. All I had was 5 dollars till pay day so I decided to drive by and toss the 5 out the window so the girl would see it and then left the park. I watched her pick up the money from my rear view mirror and I have no idea if she was happy or what she did with the money, but it made my day just imagining the smile on the little girls face. I thought of her today for some reason so there is joy in helping others.
