TMAC ADDS TO BOARD AND CONFIRMS 2014 WORKPLAN Today, we announce the appointment of Russ Cranswick to our Board of Directors. Mr. Cranswick was nominated to our Board by Resource Capital Funds (RCF), who are now a large shareholder in our company based on our private offering of shares earlier this month. Mr. Cranswick is now the 8th member of our Board. Also today, we confirmed that a big part of the money that we have raised will be used for diamond drilling this year. We have an approved plan to spend $28 million for 57,000 meters of drilling. This will mostly allow us to be more certain of how much gold is contained in Doris and Madrid deposits. We will also be spending money to re-open the Doris underground for exploration work, and to conduct environmental permitting work.
