TMZ is reporting that the breakup of Paula Patton & Robin Thicke started with his humping Mylie Cyrus in that very sensual performance on The Video Music Awards a few months back. They quote sources close to the couple” as saying that Paula was furious and felt that he humiliated her in front of a national audience. Then there were the pictures of him grabbing that hotties ass at the after party. That didn’t help. In later months there were more pictures of him getting cozy with other women at clubs, and Paula finally had enough. If I’m Robin, here’s my defense: I‘m an entertainer and I become someone else when I’m on stage. Or in the clubs even. It’s all about creating sizzle and look at the publicity all of this has created. You should be smiling on the ride to the bank with me baby. I’m doing this for us. “Now I don’t want to bring up old business, but how many times have I had to watch you in your panties on the big screen. I won’t even list the number of guys I’ve had to watch you in bed with. I will say one though, Denzel Freakin Washington. Topless! I know you say you were working, but so was I.” Direction: Camera pans out and we see Robin out cold on floor, with skillet nearby. All joking aside, I don’t know Paula, but I’ve been friends with Robin for several years now. I even got to meet their 3-year-old son Julian last year. He is so cute and so well-mannered. Marriage is a challenge for anyone and it’s especially hard for two pretty people in that blinding Hollywood spotlight. I’ve always viewed them as a beautiful couple and I’m always pulling for that family unit, so my hope is that they can Twerk it out. I wish Love & Happiness to both of them, no matter how it turns out.
