TO ALL AND ANY OF MY FRIENDS WHO RIDE....or not...I WOULD LIKE YOUR INPUT So i get to the dealership and the bike i wanted is gone! Literally right before i walk through the door! So they tell new that they have another one in, blue instead of black, two years older(1998) BMWR 11rt, more miles so a little cheaper (first two photos 1 with bags 1 w/o) Then I see the 2014 Kawasaki Klr 650 Dual sport which is a legendary machine. extraordinary off road capabilities and touring ready. Extremely reliable and easy to work on and get parts. Last but not least 2009 Yamaha fz 6 which is really a good machine and its already equipped with panniers ( saddle bags for touring) Either of these bikes are ideal for me they aRe functional. 98 BMW brings the most comfort, the 2014 would be brand new most reliable and versatile with a warranty also! And the 2009 would be a stylish and still functional only 14,000 miles it would have warranty also. All under 5000 which would you choose.
