TO: ALL IMPACT 2013 BIG SABBATH VOLUNTEERS Subject: Information for Big Sabbath Greetings, Thank you again for registering to be a volunteer for our Big Sabbath Evangelism Programme. Do note the following: 1. Parking will be at a Rugby Stadium in Hlahla Street, and buses will shuttle all members to the Stadium. SAPS will be providing security at the parking venues. It is suggested that you make use of Church Street to access the Stadium 2. On arrival at Lucas Moripe Stadium, make your way to the Control Room (under the Main Stand) to collect your sweater. The person manning the Control Room will have a list of all REGISTERED Volunteers with a check list of payments received. 3. Lunch will be provided, however, you should bring your own water. 4. Do bring a cushion / blanket / something on which to sit on as you will be seated on the turf/grass. 5. There will be a very visible presence of SAPS in communities where volunteers will be sharing. 6. Do dress warmly. Ladies, please feel free to wear long trousers / jeans.
