TO ALL MOTORCYCLE CLUBS AND RIDERS: QUEZON,, DON CARLOS,, MARAMAG BUKIDNON,, VALENCIA CITY,, MALAYBALAY CITY and MANOLO FORTICH For the past three years, The Federation of Motorcycle Clubs in Mindanao, also known as Mindanao Federation - FMCM was the umbrella organization of all motorcycle clubs in Mindanao. A non-profit and non-government organization with a continuous advocacy of reaching to motor clubs and building rapport to different areas in Mindanao to achieve unity and educate our fellow motorists. FMCM made a joint agreement with the Motorcycle Development Program Participants Association (MDPPA Manila) to conduct a National Motorcycle Safety Seminar in areas of Butuan City, Sto. Tomas -Davao Del Norte, Davao City and Kidapawan City -North Cotabato last October 11, 12 and 18, 2014. Then Don Carlos area in Bukidnon this December 7, 2014 Sunday. We are inviting your club, our fellow riders to join the said seminar beneficial to our riding skills. The MDPPA will be giving the seminar together with skilled head speakers from Manila in Don Carlos, Bukidnon DEC. 7 Sunday 1pm to 5pm. Every rider will receive a safety riding module, certificate of attendance and snacks coming from MDPPA. Hence, we will be requesting every rider/attendee for a 100.00 contribution to be used in fuel transportation during seminar, venue seminar, sound system, tables and chairs, lodging accommodations and meals.
