TO ALL MY MILITARY FRIENDS! What are your thoughts on this movie and the subject portrayed? The movie is KILL TEAM and its a documentary of the guys who were killing civilians for sport in Afghanistan. I was never in a war zone, much less in combat. I remember a cousin who was in Viet Nam telling me of killing water buffalo for fun. He also told me a friend of his showed how good a shot he was by killing a civilian from afar. (I dont remember how far he said, because he told me this about 1971 or 1972.) The guys in the film talk of being trained to kill, kill anything that got in their way, then being sent to suffer a lot of boredom in the sand between fighting. Any thoughts youd like to share?
