TO ALL TRISTATE MUSICIANS UNION LOCAL 80 members and potential new members: I am honored that I was nominated today for Vice President and also a Board position. As you all know officers are paid for meetings. I will REFUSE any pay for this honor and will donate 100% of this money to the Chattanooga Youth Symphony Orchestra. All I ask for is your vote, support, and the opportunity to serve you. I will work non-stop to correct all the damage done in the recent past. I will be the most aggressive advocate ever for LOCAL musicians and will work non-stop until this ridiculous master agreement is overturned. This union used to be all about the local players and has not been for years. It has been for the self interest of very few people. We WILL regain the power and put it 100% in the hands and interests of all local players. Thanks for your support.
