TO ALL WHO DESIRES On the last day of the feast, the great day, Jesus stood up and proclaimed, "If any one thirst, let him come to me and drink. John 7:37 When you give your life to Christ, you become a path of the kingdom of God, when you become baptized in the Holy ghost, the kingdom of God becomes a path of you; the fullness of the God-Head become resident in you. Joel 2:28 says in the last days the spirit of God will be poured out on all flesh. Ac 2:39 For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. When peter was not yet baptized in the Holy Ghost, he was busying denying the Lord and hiding around from people so that they won’t question him about his faith but after he got the experience of the baptism of the Holy Ghost, he came out with boldness and preached, about three thousands of those whom he was afraid of prior to then became his followers. The reasons we falter as Christians, the reason we are afraid of proclaiming our faith and hiding around when those unbelievers come around is because we’ve not gotten this experience, when you get it, you won’t be running away and hiding from unbelievers, rather they will be running away and hiding from you because you carry the Holy Ghost. No unbaptized child of God can perform well for God until he is baptized in the Holy Ghost. In our text Christ stood up and gave an open invitation to all who desire to be baptized in the Holy Ghost, He says, if any one thirst, let him come to me and drink. Do you thirst and desire the baptism of the Holy Spirit? Christ is inviting you because He wants to fill you up freely with it. Prayerfully go to Christ and He’ll baptize you today, don’t delay.
