TO ARMOR BEARERS: My husband was an armor bearer for his spiritual father and he was NEVER abused..EVER! If your Leader does the following you are being spiritually abused: 1. Makes you go to the store and purchase feminine products for his wife! 2. Makes you dry him off after he preaches.NAKED! (NO SIR!!!) 3. If you miss a Sunday or a Bible Study he tells the church, I dont have no help! 4. Treats you like a concierge when he is sleeping or watching the game! 5. REFUSES to get his hands dirty but wants you to take a bullet for him. 6. Makes you lie for him/her! 7. Uses you as an Alibi when you know he is cheating on his wife! 8. Steals Money from the church and gives you a cut to keep you quiet! 9. Dares you to object to his/her ideas for poor leadership. 10. Sends you to do his/her dirty work. 11. Calls you his security and you dont have a gun nor can you fight AND you got a bad back! 12. Makes you rude to the members to protect him. yes, people will wear you out but you dont have to be RUDE about it! 13. Wants you to cut the grass, remove the snow and pick up his/her cleaning! Its ok to OFFER but it shouldnt be a requirement! 14. Instead of hiring a maid service your wife cleans his house! 15. Never tells you to spend time with your family but you are always out to eat with his!! 16. Never says thank you but feels entitled. 17. Does stuff for you so that you are always loyal to them no matter what! There is more but you get the point! Your leader should have integrity like Jonathan displayed in 1 Sam 14 and never make you choose HIS/HER assignment over your FIRST ministry. YOUR WIFE AND KIDS! Its okay to Say NO! #WarOnRecklessLeadership
