THIS SHELTER IS OUT OF CONTROL AGAIN!!! RESCUE ONLY!!! Please help this terrified puppy immediately before it’s too late!!! He is just a baby at a year old!!! Please do not let him die afraid and alone in a shelter before he has had a chance to live!!! Sight is not a dog’s primary sense so please do not let a dog being blind, or almost blind, stop you for one second from adopting or rescuing! Anyone who has ever known a blind dog, or almost blind, will tell you that once acclimated, you forget they have any eye issues at all and they are the same characters, the same loving dogs, if not more so, as all the rest!
