TO: D.G....I was thinking what you said the other day. It is great that you have been clean almost 6 years. I realize you still have issues and struggle. I can promise you, as long as you stay on that road it will all work out. remember God will not put on our shoulders anything he does not know we can not handle. What may become a problem is how we handle it. We have choices. If things are getting real bad and seem going down hill, you call someone, call your sponsor , or get to a meeting. After 6 years yu have a great support network if you have been following the advice of others. I know you will do this. It sure looks like things are starting to pile up on you, but remember also, you are a strong person, yo u never want to return to where you came from when you were using. These are tests. We all get them. Wewill all face difficult challenges. But also ALWAYS look at whatever is or seems to be going wrong at that time , or not just right, think it out. Something we never did before. there is a reason for this happening. WHAT IS IT? Always ask that question, and truly seek on how we can turn that situation and spin it to a positive result.
