TO FRAN: et ALL The next time your communications goes bezerk take a look at this. I dont hear what you say, I hear what I hear added together with whatever emotion is attached.What does this mean. It means I am conditioned by my past experience and it is through this filter I hear you. You at the same time are conditioned by your past and hear through this filter. Each of us believes we are correct but we may be experiencing very different things. This is very helpful to keep in mind.. Otherwise certain emotions come into play and make communications all the more difficult. You see communications is more about negotiation than it is about right and wrong.
