Section 4- lessor has the right to impose rentalxxxxx Section 5- rental shall be based on (below) tables of shares from the total per cubic meter consumption of each subscribers; #of consumers rental per cubic meter (peso/s) 1-499 .50 500-599 .90 600-699 1.20 700-799 1.50 800-899 2.10 1000 and above 2.25 Section 6- payment of monthly rental; 5th day of the month or next working day Section 7-priority in supply sa tubig, household (not company) Section 8-minimun e supply sa aquapure; 10 cubic meter/ household, pressure level 3 Section 9-bracket of payment sa residential; Water consumed/cubic meter: price/cubic meter (pesos) 10 150 (flat rate/month) 11-20 16 21-30 19 31-40 23 41-50 26 If consumer is residential, the rate is double Section 10- free communal faucet (free of charge/pwede magsalod); one free faucet in marcos, poblacion, sto Rosario, buhang la furtuna, caloc-an; ang agas 1 hour buntag, 1 hour hapon; Section 11- major repair shall be first notified to the LGU Section 12- obligation of the lessee to maintain and preserve the good condition of the properties leased; Section 13- reading, collection by lessee Section 14- content of the application form Section 15- lessee shall issue application form, copy furnish to MEEDMO, monthly gross billing, number of consumers ect…. Section 16- lessee shall establish a costumer service office; accept application and complaint; Section 17- lessee shall secure business permit and licenses Section 18- the LGU may SUBROGATE for and in behalf of the rights of the consumers Section 19- right of lessor to inspect the properties leased Section 20- meeting between lessee and lessor if naa problem; both recommend solutions Section 21- right of the lessor to require safety cerfication from DOH, DENR, EMB and other offices concerned; Section 22- disputes regarding the contract; meeting Section 23- rights of both parties are NOT TRANSMISSIBLE AND ASSIGNABLE Section 24- contract govern by phil.
