TO MY DEAR DAD: A Dad is a person who is loving and kind And often he knows what U have on Ur mind, Hes Someone who listens suggests and defends, A Dad can be one of Ur very best friends He is proud of Ur accomplishments But when things go wrong ,a Dad can be patient helpful & strong In all that U do a Dads love plays a part Theres always a place for him deep in Ur heart And each year that passes youre even more glad just to call him Ur Dad, Thank U Dad for listening and caring for giving and sharing but especially for just being U, No words I write can ever say, how much I miss U everyday As time goes by the loneliness grows, how I miss U nobody knows I think of U in silence, I often speak Ur name But all I have are memories and photos in a frame No one knows my sorrow no one sees me weep But the love I have for U is in my heart to keep Heartaches in this World are many but mine is worse than any My Heart still weeps and aches as I whisper low I need U & I miss U so the things we feel so deeply Are the hardest to say, theres a place in my heart that no one else can fill I love U sooooooo much Dad and I always will We little knew that afternoon that God would call Ur name In life We loved U dearly and in death we will do the same It really broke Our hearts to lose U but U did not go alone For part of us went with U the day God called U home U left us beautiful memories Ur love is Our guide And though We cannot see U, U R always by Our side Our Family chain is broken and nothing seems the same But as God calls us one by one the chain will link again Dad please always know I Love U & no one can take Ur place Yrs may come and go but Ur memory will never be erased Dad who will I turn to for answers when life does not make sense Who will be there to hold me close when the pieces just dont fit God as U R listening in Ur home above Would U go and find my Dad & give him all my love..........
