TO THOSE WHO LOST OR NEVER KNEW THEIR FATHERS, TO THOSE WHO S FATHERS ARE ALIVE BUT THEY’RE NOT PLAYING A FATHER FIGURE IN THEIR CHILDREN’S LIVES. While this is a joyful day for many, for others, today can be a tough one. For some who have lost or perhaps never knew their fathers due to any number of circumstances, Father’s Day can bring sadness and pain. We missed that influence in our lives. “I have seen the repercussions of life without a father. “There are a lot of single-family households now and the children are really hurting.” The loss of too many fathers is indeed a sad state of affairs that has ripple effects throughout our society. Some fathers died, others in jail, while others are alive but totally absent from their children’s lives Father’s Day is a day for us to reflect on the crucial roles that dads play in our lives. A “fatherly” influence is very important in a child’s development and to instill the importance of a father’s role in future generations. Just remember that loved ones never go away. They are always by our side, even on days when they may seem just an illusion. Our hearts may break into pieces but they will watch over us from above. A great soul has departed, but the memories shall never fade. May God shower light on our lives ahead and let us keep faith and courage. Let us stay strong and let time heal us. God is always with us. Our loss is painful, and it is very difficult to come through such times but we must keep faith in God, and HE shall pour HIS love and care on US. For the people without a FATHER, GOD wants to fill that hole that not having a father created. REMEMBER, WE’RE NOT FATHERLESS; WE HAVE THE GREATEST FATHER OF THEM ALL. HE IS THE ALMIGHTY GOD AMEN.
