… TODAY IS WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY .. in case you didnt know ! Sending out love and light to EVERYONE who struggles or deals with Mental ill health ... Especially those who refuse to acknowledge or seek help with their condition, and those who CANNOT get help because of the appalling state of services for them ... And those whom I love unconditionally despite their condition ... I am also grateful to EVERYONE who supports and cares for me with my PTSD ... Im NOT ashamed of what I have, because Im PROUD of how I deal with it, and I am BLESSED to have so much care and support ... I would ask EVERYONE to especially hold a thought today, for ALL of our Courageous Service Personnel, who have POST TRAUMATIC STRESS DISORDER as a result of serving OUR country, and who carry the trauma and pain of what they have experienced with a COURAGE and DIGNITY which is HUMBLING … I am NOT dismissing others with the condition … but I am asking this as a personal feeling …. I am NOT prepared to get into, or allow ANY negative comments about our HEROES on this page … This is about awareness, care and respect for EVERYONE suffering with Mental ill Health … Big LOVE
