TODAY is OUR day to REMEMBER OUR BABIES NOT about Breast Cancer. ITS THE ONE DAY OUT OF THE YEAR WE REMEMBER OUR BABIES. Please say a prayer for all of us who have lost. Please light a candle for all of the babies gone too soon. Today will be a very emotional day I imagine for a lot of my friends. Theres a name for a spouse when her husband dies...WIDOW Theres a name for a child when a parent dies.. ORPHAN There is no name nor words to describe the emptiness inside of a persons heart when you lose a child whether its 5 weeks pregnant ,5 months pregnant, 5 minutes old, 5 hours, 5 days, 5 years etc. We are empty armed. We have a hole in our hearts and are looked at by society as someone to avoid. Pregnancy and infant loss is so Taboo in our society! Its looked down upon talking about by people saying its depressing...imagine if you were in our shoes...wouldnt be depressing remembering the only memories of your precious child. If we dont talk about it we are considered cold and bitter and emotionless. No one should EVER have to suffer the loss of a child or deal with a funeral home for your child. No one deserves to leave the hospital crying with empty arms and people staring at you wondering where your baby is seeing your hospital bracelets and knowing you just gave birth. No one should have to pick out a perfect headstone or urn for their child. Today I am breaking the silence and speaking out! Lets send a hug and prayers to all of the moms and dads who have been through this and have angels in heaven. And remember to light a candle for the wave of light across the world at 7pm your time.
