TODAY makes it officially 20 days since my Snowboarding accident and I have not done 1 training session in these past 3 weeks.. Not 1! The months leading up to this injury, I was training 6 days on 1 off, 2-3 hours a day. I went form 172.6lbs to 184.4lbs in the matter of weeks following my own personally designed WELLNESS PROGRAM including nutrition, supplements, meditation and mobility. 20 days later following a slightly different WELLNESS PROGRAM, I weigh 182.1 and have kept substantial lean muscle mass, flexibility and mobility.
