What is the punishment a fine? LOL! thats funny, or better yet place the vagabonds into jail. Laughable, overcrowded jails already and some of these people would prefer jail over the cold nights. With a warm bed and food, they would love it. So who is going to pay for this bull crap LAW! Get ready because this time I may go on the Opinion page and repost this message and scriptures to back up your disdain for those less fortunate. Merced P.D. doesnt want to spend there time out their hassling people that they themselves would help with those they know are in dire need, not the sham artist.
