TODAYS MINISTRY MINUTE: MURDER - Proverbs 6:17 Today’s ministry minute highlights the Shedding of Innocent Blood. Proverbs 6:16 and 17 specify seven abominable sins God hates, the third of which are “hands that shed innocent blood.” Most people don’t know that God’s law authorizes and even calls for bloodshed under the appropriate biblical circumstances. The greatest confirmation of this is found in Hebrews 9:22 when God declares “without the shedding of blood, there is no remission” of sin.
