TODAY’S MANNA. I Corinthians 5:6-8. Your boasting is not good. Don’t you know that a little yeast works through the whole batch of dough? Get rid of the old yeast that you may be a new batch without yeast as you really are. For Christ, our Passover lamb has been sacrificed. Therefore, let us keep the festival, not with the old yeast, the yeast of malice and wickedness, but with bread without yeast, the bread of sincerity and truth. ### We have nothing to boast, because we are standing and moving around just because of God’s grace. We are what we are because of God’s abundant grace bestowed upon us and counted us worthy while were unworthy. When we have nothing to boast, the little yeast of pride enter into our lives would adversely affect all areas of our life and reputation in the presence of God. Let us get rid of our pride, malice, and wickedness and possess the sincerity and truth in our daily walks. Let us be found acceptable in the sight of God by leading a life worthy of our calling and election.
