TOLERANT PRESIDENT I listened to a sponsored advert on NTA by the grandchild of Association for Better Nigeria (ABN), now named TAN and I quote... God has blessed Nigeria with a tolerant and listening president....... Impulsively, I laughed myself to stupor but abruptly, I jerked. Yes, I cannot but agree with these sycophancy; at least somebody must be sponsoring this so-called TAN. Truly, they are right. Only a tolerant president GEJ can receive a paltry sum of 14.4billion naira as salary for 3 years in a country where the minimum wage is less than 20 thousand naira per month. Hands up, I have never read about such tolerant president before, may be I dont read enough. One thing is certain, in Nigeria, the corruption is exaggerated, what we have is stealing and it does not extend to getting over 4.5 billion naira as salary in a year. Eh-eh-eh; after all, uncle Doyin said hes like Jesus Christ, so he should continue. That statement alone will not let the stealing continue In five months, Nigerians will send the thieves packing by their votes, if any. Eh-eh-eh, tolerant president must go in five months time. We want an effective and efficient president, not a tolerant one. Vote wisely, forget the jingles of deceit and self gratification.
