The structure of the program is: Workout hard for 20mins spin Rest for 40 seconds Complete three rounds of three different leg exercises You push yourself as hard as you can for 30 reps and rest for 10 seconds until you complete three sets. You will do squats, lunges, walking lunges, etc... All exercises that works your large muscle groups is strongly recommended. Kettlebells work great too.
