TONIGHT! Monday January 5th at 6:30pm, two Suffolk County Clinicians will be conducting a workshop on the Disaster Distress Response Program at the Lindenhurst Library. We will discuss the common reactions experienced by people who have experienced a disaster like Superstorm Sandy, discuss how disasters can influence how we think and feel, and teach techniques proven to help people manage their stress.
