TOOK A BREAK from the KRVR UPDATE E-MAIL. Strategic shopping at VONS near my place. Fetch my VacMaster Pro260 from the garage. Sealed the NY Steak for tonight & 2 smaller pork chops for later (separately). And put into the SOUS VIDE water box with my newish Anova Water Heater/Circulator.
