TOP 12 RICH Kenyans who enjoy heavy State Security together with their families and property Monday August 19, 2013 - Top Police Chiefs have raised an alarm over the demand for VIP protection, saying the move has overstretched and overwhelmed the National Police Service. Currently it is estimated that over 10, 000 police officers have been deployed to guard few prominent persons and their families thanks to a devolved system of Government, compared to 40, 000 police officers, who are entitled to protect over 40 million Kenyans.
