Juve is currently dominating Serie A in their iconic black and white striped kit, winning back to back league titles the last two seasons, so it’s no wonder why Juve are is so widely supported #9 Bayern Munich: 24 million supporters It’s rather surprising that the Bavarian club isn’t more widely supported, considering that they’re the most successful German team in history, and probably the best team in world football at the moment. Bayern is currently playing some beautiful football, so it’s easy to see why anybody would love them. #8 Inter Milan: 49 million supporters Another hugely supported Italian club, Inter Milan is also one of the most successful teams in Italy. The Nerazurri (The Black and Blues), have won the European cup 3 times, and have hosted many world class stars at the San Siro. #7 Liverpool: 71 million supporters Liverpool is the second biggest club in English football, and the second most successful too. With huge fan bases around the globe, including huge followings in Asia and Scandinavia, the Reds are one of the strongest supported clubs in the world. Liverpool has an impeccable history, which is the root of their massive fan base. #6 AC Milan: 99 million supporters The Italian giants are the second most successful team in Europe, and with their success comes their massive fan base. The Rossoneri are famous for their red and black striped kit, and have dominated Italian football for decades, even if they are currently going through a rough patch. They’ve also won every possible honor. #5 Arsenal: 113 million supporters The North London club is the most successful English team outside of the North West. Despite almost finish the decade without a measure trophy, they still have a huge following from all around the world. The Gunners play lovely football under Arsene Wenger, and have had some world class talents at the club, attracting evermore fans. #4 Chelsea: 135 million supporters Chelsea has received a huge boost to their fan base over the past decade, with the success they’ve had with Roman Abramovich’s money. They attracted a lot more fans after beating Bayern Munich emphatically in the 2012 Champions League final, prompting more people to take a liking to them. #3 Real Madrid: 174 million supporters The Spanish Kings, in terms of major honors, Real Madrid is the most successful team ever. They are recognized all over the world, and their brand is huge. They have a huge fan base, and are popular everywhere. They’ve been one of the best clubs on the planet for decades, which has attracted such a large following. #2 Barcelona: 270 million supporters The Barcelona team fielded between 2008 and 2012 has been hailed as the greatest team in football history, and it was easy to see why.
